Actually it was more the fact that it was done immediately. I showed concern and they dealt with it right away.
Yes, it is a stupid little thing and something that every company should do, but I've dealt with phone companies, cable companies and god know who else, and it takes 3 people and 2 weeks to even verify the overcharge.
That was more my point.
