It is obviously not a secret now that they got spam complaints and a big fine, so why can't they fax bdjuf a copy of the fine? It did set me back well over 8 months, but I was not spamming at the old host.
I have said many times Split did not handle this properly over time. I think Bdjuf said it was August so on my calculations that's about 4 months, but either way that is a very long time.
Did Split handle this right no, are they offering to meet and make a resolve yes.
