I agree, we've been going back and forth, if Bdjuf was clear what he was doing, and Split did say it was fine and no worries, then yes if he did bring on a fine that he should not be charged for it. But, as I have said no one knows both sides except the sides involved.

I think we should wait and see if Bdjuf takes the offer to meet him and see what happens from there.
