I do agree there should be a warning, but if you take on a ton of complaints and get an entire class c banned the fine may have came with that. I am not 100% sure though

SI said that what was posted was 100% true.. So.. regardless of the fine issue, SI agreed to refund the full $8k.. They lied and didn't... A different agreement was reached in which they'd refund the $8k minus half the fine... they lied and didn't... 4-5+ months of this.. That's NOT "standup" behavior at all.
Why anyone would listen to what you have to say though with that SI link in your sig is beyond me.. Maybe they said they'd give you a month or 2 free on your hosting if you came in here and did some damage control for them..
