actually no warning bro, they do not give warnings when a box recieves over 350 spam complaints in a matter of 2 hours

Although, even in that case, I pretty sure any DC will give atleast one warning to the host before ANY such action. So the host, SI in this case, could have discontinued service / access to Bdjuf to avoid it going on and getting fined
