although I don't know the full details, I don't agree that this has to be settled 'face to face'... I wouldn't want to leave my loved ones, especially so close to christmas, to get a refund that's apparently entitled...

threats and big mouth partners should have no impact on the business side of things.. assuming that the big mouth partner has no effect on the other's business..
we all work on the internet - it's a global business that 99% of us can do without ever leaving the house...
