Wow..... Spend $8k... Get promised the servers will be up and running in 72 hours.. few weeks later only 4 are running.. then you're told there was a fine, but there's no proof... you give the company the benfit of the doubt.. you come to an agreement but it's not honoured since they don't actually send money back... then they admit they're fucking you over....
Well... That's one hosting company I'll never do business with regardless of how many buddies come out of the woodwork to say they're a top notch company run by stand up guys.. Since I don't "party" I suspect I would never be a prefered customer and so could expect this sort of unprofessional treatment.. Sounds like it's run by kids.
