end of the clip, you will notice that the experienced officer can't
communicate by radio after the shooting event. He can't warn the
responding patrol cars that he has been fired upon. So other officers
don't know that one of their own has come under fire. Notice how shaken
the officer becomes. He can't continue to drive and participate in the
enforcement action. This again points to the need to conduct continual
firearms and tactical training. "
If the person that wrote this had actually listened to the video, he would have heard the other officer in the silver car shout " Are you OK? " Which tell that they knew that he had beed shot at.
On top of that the initial portion of the video they asked had the SHOTS FIRED been confirmed??? Which means that they knew what they were driving into.
If you had read what was being said about the power of the firearm used, you would know that the pissed off officer's car had been disabled.
He never attempted to use the radio during the video clip.
And I can tell you for a FACT! that every police agency does continual
firearms and tactical training. ALL THE TIME!
