I spent over $250,000 last year with UPS and I still can't get my rep to answer his cell phone or call me back after I leave a message. Also, they told me that I have to pay them $5000 to get my boxes and packaging tested at their facility in order to successfully file claims. Right now my claims are about 30/70 in favor of UPS.
So good luck trying to get any help with those jokers. I just got a DHL account (they have much lower business rates) and I'm going to give them a shot. Let's see how they put customer service back into shipping.
