So if an 18 year old has sex with a 16/17 year old he should goto jail? Need to lay off the crack. As well it depends on the state you in. It's only 18+ in some states. 17 in Texas.
My sisters friend was 16 got nocked up by a 19 year old and her parents tried to fuck his world up..Courts said no you knew his age when they started to date....Which he was 18 and she was 16.
Only real issue I see with underage sex is if the male/female is a quite abit older. A 15 year old with a 25 year old is a tad off base.
