Half your age plus seven. Good solid rule... Works for most ages 16 and up.
16 --> 15 (been there)
18 --> 16
20 --> 17
22 --> 18
24 --> 19*
...
30 --> 22
40 --> 27
50 --> 32
*I am 24, and that's about as young as I would go for anyhow. Any younger would feel weird as hell... Never sleep with someone who, socially, is at a totally different level of maturity.
