I don't understand why there would be some porn stars that wouldn't escort. They can get double what they make from shooting a scene for a 2 hour call. It just makes good economic sense since they would be doing the same thing anyway... fucking.
Hell, it's harder to do a movie I would think.
Most of them do some prostitution on the side. So do the 'classy' Playboy models.
