Lets say I want to make a site where it would link to blogs articles using the first 50-100 words of each blog articles.
I would do something like what google does with news (
http://news.google.com/nwshp?hl=en&tab=gn&q=), but my site would be about blogs (technology to start).
Would google punish me for that? Would it be calculated as duplicated content?
