1- looks kinda nice
simple but nice
2- the html version actually has a better design to it.
3- I don't get the bouncing yellow ball thing...
4- I believe flash is great for intro, logo, top portion of the site or a few other elements - I think that if it's b2b it should'nt ever be 100% flash
