btw its a bin file so you will first have to burn that to a cd that will become your nero cd , then install it like normal , the key from your old nero will be auto entered when it asks , and it may work to install it , but might bug out or ask you to enter it later ( because the key isnt for that edition ) so just use the key rememberer( i.e. generator ) to create one.
