If you remember back in 2001 when and few Adult Processors (GloBill etc..) Did not think they would have to register as an IPSP and have everyone pay a registration fee. Well we all saw what happened to them. Visa fined them and shut them down. This was the exact case with an individual ISO who wanted to go out and aggregate a whole bunch of small iso under him so they did not have to pay the 10K registration fee each to Visa. Well Visa and Mastercard fined them and told the bank to get rid of his company. This ISO lost his business just like Globill did and is now running around telling anyone who will listen that Merrick is getting out of Acquiring. When the truth is they are just getting rid of him.
I just amazes me how people will never learn that you can?t go around Visa and Mastercards rules.

I can tell you that our bankers had there Year end meeting with Visa just last week and they praised our account and told them they were extremely happy with our business.
