incompetent fucks
i ordered a new faceplate for my phone... it was exactly what i wanted, but when the thing showed up, it was nowhere near close to the one i ordered... they got the item number right on the invoice, but some fucktard jackass put the wrong one in the package... not to mention the fact that they didnt even send the number keypad that is supposed to come with it.
is it just me or does it seem like alot of companies, and alot people in general these days take no pride in a job well done...
no phone # to call, only email... and if i send it back i pay the shipping plus a 20% restocking fee...
might as well keep the thing, and just order another... but i definately wont be buying from them again...
you would think that they should be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fee if it was there mistake...
this is just another small minute example of blatant incompetency these days.
btw, it was from a website called mkwireless.com
i would suggest refraining from purchasing anything from this company.
go ahead and flame about me complaining over such a small incident, because i know its coming... but seriously, there is too much incompetence from people and companies these days...
