Traffic will be hell so I always head for the mall. I take my list in with 2 or 3 ideas for each name so when I spot the deal, BAM! one less name. But here's the biggest secret to saving on Christmas Eve in the mall.
Many kiosk's are privately owned and many have no price tags for a reason. Here the price is always negotiable. Get the best price, tell them you saw it for less but you really like it, tell them sorry
is all I can afford then start to walk away. You will then see how low they will go. Do this quickly as the merchant is in hurry to sell more.
Hint, most jewelry stores are the same way but you have to wait til the last two hours before the mall closes, usually at 6pm. Just imagine about six hours at the mall and all the shopping is done. No need to worry the whole month.
