Car accidents are always unfortunate, I'm sorry to hear that one took her life.
I don't really understand why you're pulling her site though. Yes, its tragic, but this is a business. The show must go on. Unless the site isn't making any money anyway, the site shouldn't be pulled. Just my opinion of course, this is the second site you have pulled now and your program isn't even 6 months old...
