Chris Mallick investigated for me and it seems the rejection reason was:
"The bank declined for a reason that is generic (see message below). These BIN numbers for Business Debit Cards are usually set to decline ?cash advance? transactions to prevent employees from taking company funds out in cash. I therefore assume that you must have hit some parameter limitations the bank set and thus the declines for a time, and now the approved authorizations."
"I see the last load from his CC on the 1st of December. There are 2 subsequent declines on the 16th of December for a reason of "05," which means declined by bank. Unfortunately, the "05" is a generic decline code and could stand for several reasons. However, I see 3 loads on December 17, 2005 from this BIN number, which looks normal. In our history, we typically get about 4 loads a day from this BIN, so nothing seems out of the ordinary."
Although my bank's fraud/loss department told me the declines were due to "association with 3rd party gaming sites" this no longer seems to be the case, as just this morning i was able to load from that very same card. Obviously my bank was in error telling me such things on Friday, or i would not have been able to load today.
So the bottom line is all seems to be in order for me with loading from my BankOne/Chase business card.

Chris for getting to the bottom of it!
