Crap, then it's probably something with divx then...
It is ripped from DVDs and we got the best result when ripping to divx, then using virtual dub to produce the scenes, and then encoding those to wmvs. Use divx for the large file and wmv streaming for the small in the members area. Has worked perfectly until now
