I'm not sure where you see the forced four day trial - the cross sells are voluntary, a surfer does not have to accept the cross sells to get into the site and/or complete the join process, as well I am not sure which terms and conditions you are referring to, would you mind telling me where you saw the terms and conditions you mention in your post?
It concerns me that the impression is being given that we are scamming and or lying to surfers as well as webmasters, niether is the case.
