1. Lift weights like an animal
2. Cease all aeronic/cardovascular activity
3. Eat 6-8 times a day. Boatloads of carbs & protein. Lean beef (Argentinan, Brazilian) will work wonders on hard gainers.
4. Get enough rest, take 1-2 rest days throughout the week, sleep ~8 hours.

Before you goto bed, chug one of these, every night:

- 500 ml's of whole milk
- 2-3 whole eggs
- 1-2 scoops of fatfree icecream
- 2 massive scoops of natural (!) peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 200 gr of cottage cheese
- 3 big scoops of quality whey protein powder, e.g. chocolate flavour
- splenda to taste

Remember... eating like a horse and lifting like a fairy will only make you gain rolls of fat with minimum muscle gains. Lift hard until you faint and puke in the gym and eat like crazy, that's the combo for hard gainers.
