Get your diet in order, you will see results in no time. Fruits and veggies alone do not make a good workout diet.
Try eat a lot of complex carbohydrates (brown rice, brown bread, green veggies) and lots lots of protein (fish, turkey, chicken, lean beef). Drink a galloon of water a day, and cut out all sweets, sugars and soda pops. Cut out excess fruits, they're full of sugar.
