can't say that I lost any weight, maintained 91 kg throughout the whole year, but I would've been much much fatter if it wasn't for the gym
Just read an article that claims "that physical activity, without caloric restriction, minimally if at all affects fat loss", now that sucks major dick, I love food, and I don't think I can survive on fruits and veggies
p.s. from now and it's going to be 6 days a week, I swear !!!!
