If the government tells you to shut down your entire business for several years, until they go to trial to try to prove you guilty of the crime of speech, would you do it? If they tell you that you have no right to free speech, would you accept that without fighting?
What will you do for money in the meantime - while the government is trying to ban your right to free speech?
He is innocent until provent guilty and he has the right to free speech and to earn a living as long as he hasn't been proven guilty of any crime.

Imagine if Larry Flynt shut down the entire Hustler empire every single time the government attacked him. There would be no Hustler today. Larry didn't shut down his magazine, he kept running it and kept fighting.
