Useful?! WTF?! Do his employees travel every day or even once a month?! I wouldn't call that useful. Useful is a nice gift certificate or a nice cash bonus. I don't think we have the same vision of what "useful" is.
I'm sorry, but luggage is already a lame ass gift. I can't imagine what it is for an employee to receive it.
