Sorry my friend . . . but tell me what business you can buy, that you can sell for more in the future, guaranteed.
In addition, who says that the "business" you purchase will succeed? Maybe you lose money running them, and go bankrupt? There are a ton of expenses in running a subway shop (or any business).
A domain name with traffic is PURE profit. The only expense is the renewal fee of $6 a year. Your only worry is getting to the bank to deposit your affiliate check. YEESSS!!!!!
