i think you will be fine... it seems that you are putting lots of thought into it... if she is no good at posing, then direct her alot... hell, it will probably make her feel more special if ya give her lots of direction.
...also, just come straight out and ask her what type of pics and look she is wanting to go for... throw lots of ideas at her, and gauge her feedback to your suggestions, then go from there
