It could be a hydocele. I had one. Simple operation. I would go to your dr's office, and have them do that ice cold gel on the nads thing (medical term slips my mind since I just woke up).. oh yeah, sonigram.. Anyways, you will get ice cold gel on the nads

Then if it's a hydocele, simple outpatient, a few weeks of bed rest, all betta.
