Place a hot washcloth on the ingrown hair for 10 min every 3-4 hours; once the heat makes the end of the hair pop through, use a tweezer to pull it out (you might be surprised how long the hair has gotten to be!); lastly, put antibiotic cream and baby oil on it?????
