No one has the right to touch anyone in an aggresive manner. Period.Even spitting is assult. The charge would have been minimal however he would have most liekly spent the night in the bucket...to hire a lawyer, go through finger printing, court pay a fine and/or community service...if anything, it would have made his life difficult and in the end get a criminal record for assult. That will stick to him for the rest of his life...F him fucking bastard. Now a days lawyers have made a mochery of settleing things old school....its too bad it has come to this. However...I think you did the right thing and not retaliate for this puke.
