I can't tell you how many times I've had to sit by my truck and wait for the person who parked next to me to come out of the store so I could get my chair in and go home because they decided to pull into the XXX'd off spot in the HP parking. It's the little things people don't consider that makes life difficult for us, but I think as people become more educated it will be a better place. But as Sly said, it's life and being a cripple is definitely expensive!

I had to experience a bit of this with my parents both being limited physically.
Used to piss me off to no end.
Even if I were to go out without them and see someone illegally parking in one of the spots I would say something...usually I would say..."Well apparently you're fine physically, so you must be mentally handicapped."
That usually got their attention...no one ever argued back.
