You're not alone. We have a client using our services with iBill as their primary biller and we've seen this behavior on several occassions. We thought the problem was on our side, but narrowed it down to the customer never getting their webgood page.
Instead of webgood page missing, the subscribers were getting "bad file name or number" errors.
I believe this occurred four times for this one client.
What time did your errors occur, maybe we can match up the timeframe and send that to iBill for review?
