ePassporte Downtime Statement

The downtime last night was due to a database issue our backend processor in Europe
had. This problem has created several intermittent outages. The problem has now
been identified and repaired. The "fix" will require a few more mini outages, for
about 5 minutes each. These will be done at off peak times to avoid any
interruption of business. While we can't be certain that outages will not occur,
actually every Internet business suffers these downtimes, we can be certain that the
major contributing factor has been identified and fixed.


We apologize for these outages. Please understand that we too loose a great deal of
money and time when these things happen. We are perfectly aligned with you, our
valued clients, to maintain a strong and reliable system.
