open new blogger account. set it up to publish the blog on your domain. open new MyYahoo account. get rss feeder link and paste it in myyahoo feeder (try to find yourself where). then ping your blog using
http://www.pingomatic.com/
you would be listed in a day!
you can link every new site there and get visits by bots very soon...
