As noted, there were other issues involved but I assumed after my conversations with Amparo she was aware and was going to take care of the situation. I will say that in the 2 years we used you previously we never had any problem like that, at all. The only problem we ever had was when you fell behind in payments, but that was worked out and everyone here knows that situation.
I have spoken to Rand this morning and he has been extremely helpful. No doubt it will all be resolved and I can move on.
