Simple... Be discreet, use fake names if you are ashamed of what you do. Why does AVN have your address? They don't have mine. It's a useless publication anyhow, xbiz is much better and its available free online. If you wan't to run around using your real name and associating it with porn, particularly gay porn, you gotta expect something stupid like this to happen eventually.
To answer your question, I don't have kids, if I did I would be even more discreet about what I do. I manage to make one of the better incomes here and I've never given my address to anybody or been to a show or been involved in anyway with the 'community'. If you want to be a big name and throw your name around, expect that some will hate on you, especially in small town USA.
