just cos we have pride in what we do doesn't mean that the Government will view pornography any better than they currently do.
No matter what you do, pornography will always be controversial, too much religion worldwide and closed minds make limited judgements that it is 'dirty' etc.
All people are asking for is a little discretion, is it really that much to ask? What if you live in a bible belt area and, yes, you're proud of your porn career but you also realise the living reality of it that if people in your town were to find out then you may get ostracised, or etc?
These are legitimate concerns for some webmasters, and I think the reason so many are inflamed is cos there's a simple fix!
And personally, on this subject I think to say 'it doesn't matter what other people think' is naive.
I guess these webmasters should just do what AVN suggests and get themselves removed from the mailing list. Maybe when a bunch stop getting the mag and they notice their advertising $'s decreasing then they'll realise one of the most important things to know in business - they need to listen to their customers.
