The thing to remember if you are Canadian and want to try this in the US there is going to be constant bullshit when dealing with a US bank or the IRS because of the patriot act. Who knows how bad its going to get in the future.

Gibraltar works but it's 1 of these places where alarm bells start ringing.
You might want to consider if you would want that.
Any EU based company would work....use it as a work company that provides
certain services for a fixed fee, pay some taxes and all is 100% legal without
drawing unwanted attention to your setup.
