Well, Jake Brake is a trademarked name from Jacobson Compression Brakes, and they have successfully sued many local municipalities for using the trademark and not a more generic "compression brake" term. They actually have a form on their website where you can alert them to signs with their trademark and they will get them taken down.
Isn't that basically downshifting?
