Yes, for sure cut out heavy soda drinking and other sugers. Ive cut back alot and I feel alot better and Im sleeping alot better. Now I only drink soda 1-2 times a week compared to when I use to drink soda everyday
Eat carbo's before workout and then protien after workout. Also if you drink gatorade, drink it after a heavy workout. Drinking it before is just a bad sugar intake.
