It pisses me off that every link opens a new window. The pop-ups pissed me off too, and I'm wondering if you have the right to use the copyrighted "Safety Dance" song. I also hate wmv files, but that's just a personal preference.
Other than that, it looks fine. Except you might want to get some attractive girls who will actually give your surfers a boner.
