I bought a brand-new constructed house here in August, in a pretty good area, for $120,000. It's about 214 square metres in size, about 13 rooms including bathrooms. So real estate is definately a steal!
As for the people, depends how you act. If you flash money, steal their women and talk down to them, generally they probably will resent you. If you are chill, you should have no problems. |
Any tips on getting financing down there? I've thought about moving there for quite some time, but I'm not bling bling enough to just pop down and pay cash for a house. Do the banks work with you down there?
