chio is an upfront person, and will go out of his way to help anyone... even if it costs HIM money.. i'm sure its just a communication problem with your icq or something, but rest assured chio wouldn't scam you for 70 dollars.. the money doesn't even go to him.

If getting your money back is what you wan't i'm sure chio will get the guy to refund you.... is that the only problem?
