Monkeys cost money to feed, and seriously dude , chill out on the monkey reference's !! I have a monkey and he gets offended everytime you compare him to an epassporte support person.
but seriously , yes they need to be a bit more picky with how they do random account suspensions.. Although it wouldnt be nearly as much of a problem if they didn't re-activate the account in a timely fashion, kudos to keyzer for getting this straightened out faster, lets hope this small burst of "good" epass karma will last
