Mike, not bashing Webair here but Brian was unable to sort my issue out. I think there is a general issue with your mail servers being overwhelmed and loosing mail.
Brian said he was looking for a fix but it may be some weeks away.
Webair hosting is good and all other services work ok for me (apart from the insecure item warning in the control panel
)
