I take mine out every night. Every now and then if I'm too drunk and just want to crash I'll forget to take them out, but it usually doesn't bother me too much the next morning.

I've been having eye troubles for the past 12 months. Inflammation and such. Been going to the doctor every 6 weeks for the past 4 months trying out various drops and such. This last time he gave me a steroid drop that is supposed to help with allergies, I think its finally doing the trick. My eyes don't exactly feel 100%, but they feel pretty damn close. I must be allergic to something that I don't know about.
