Id go with neither, go for a viper. =) But, between the 2, Id definitely say the zo6...
There really isnt much special about the 5 series, the m3 is faster, and the ride is better... even the 3 series handles a bit better, and has the same ride... just a little smaller.
zo6 is unbelievably fast, and very fun to drive. =D

I agree. Z06 definitely out of those 2. But, if you have the cash, get a Viper
