That still doesn't change that fact that anyone doing business with you has to factor in the fact that if it doesn't go perfectly, you'll go to the boards and tarnish their reputation.. THAT'S what I'm on your sack about. If in fact you could prove that they've fucked you over by not delivering content to you, then I'd defend you. But that's not the case since it's too early for that to be clear and you should have shut your trap until it was clear you were ripped off. Instead you just come off as an imature crybaby who hasn't learned that you have to enter most biz relationships expecting to be let down if you have high standards that few others can or will live up to.

Time is money my friend.... i have a designer who i have to give all of this content to, ontop of 1month visa approval for all these sites, i still have to wait for them to all get designed... and designing a tour without content isn't really possible.
regardless if i get ripped off or not, this has costed me a lot of TIME.
I would have paid 500 bucks extra to someone else if i had known they would have sent it express with at a tracking number the day they recieved my money.. and i stressed that time is of the utmost importance to him before i made the order....
+ i even sent him 100% upfront instead of the 50% he was asking for..
so even if i don't get ripped off, he still fucked up BIG TIME.
